We use multiple shipping carriers to deliver our packages. Once your payment is verified and processed it may take 1-2 business days for your order to ship. We do not offer shipping or delivery on weekends or holidays. Once your order has shipped you will receive a email with your tracking information. Packages are shipped Monday-Friday, all orders placed after 4pm on weekdays or holidays will be processed following business day . Orders placed after hours, on a weekend or holiday, will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
- Returns must be unworn, unaltered, in it's original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Customer is responsible for postage on all returns.
- Any item(s) returned with signs of wear or damage that may have occurred while in the customer possession will prohibit your return.
- All refunds must be requested within 5 business days from the date of delivery.
- Please allow 24-72 business hours for your refund to process. We will send an email confirmation of your refund. Refunds normally process through your financial institution within 48 hours after we refund your order. However, some financial institutions may take up to 72 business hours to process.
- All refunds will include the price of your item(s) and taxes. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
- Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. Our products are in high demand and we cannot guarantee that what you want will be available at that time.
